i know i said b4 that i wld not blog until the high priests of the cyber realm return me back colour!! but well, i also said that i wld blog only when akan datang happens or something of interest occurs in my mundane life. well i did come across something that's quite interesting today.

after i had my driving lesson today i proceeded to the james oval in school (it's this huge field that the aussies play cricket most of the time.. and also a napping/slacking/making out ground for the students of uwa..) anyways i went there to watch the touch rugby game that was going on... the few of us always gather at james oval to play touch rugby but well, i haven't played in a while.. due to some circumstances and close mindedness of certain pple in the grp, i didn't feel welcome.

i know that u shd not let others dictate ur course of action but when u are made to feel not even a least bit welcome and are shown attitude, then i might as well save myself the trouble and the bad after-taste in my mouth by not going. anyways went down today to look at them play... and after watching them play... i realised that i really wanna play touch rugby again man.. i really miss the game.. esp back in the times where pple are at least cordial to one another and there are no under'game'(table) politics. but i shall spare myself the misery and the fact that some pple can be so close minded and petty makes me not wanna play. i guess that's the only thing that's putting me off.. MAJORLY putting me off.

anyways that's not the interesting thing that i've come across.. but it's tied in with it. there was this particular round of it where someone had the ball and was running towards the try line to get the point but in the process got touched by steve. and instead of stopping and putting down the ball gracefully, the person turned ugly and proceeded to like push steve and even threw the ball at him. all WITHOUT provocation!!! how undeserving was that?! i mean what is wrong with that person? trying to show attitude? that he is not happy with steve? i mean come on man! even if steve did something wrong, it's all a game.. no need to get SO COMPETITIVE right? i mean that's like how not mature?! and given steve's character he wld have apologised if he had did something wrong.. be in during the game or after the game that he apologises. how can one person be so 'xiao xin yan' (small heart eye ahhaha lame i know.. so?!) abt some stuff.. and try to give the impression that he's actually magnanimous?! that's extremely PRETENTIOUS.

i find these kinda pple distasteful.. but then again which one of us hasn't been guilty of showing attitude? of being HIGHLY COMPETITVE? i mean there is to a certain extent where u can be competitive and not risk friendships. and to a limit, u can show attitude to pple who deserves being treated like this cos they themselves haven't been the nicest person on earth. thus we all have to be MINDFUL of OUR ACTIONS cos THERE ARE REPRECUSSIONS.. maybe not now u'll see it. but definitely it will come back and HAUNT u... there will ALWAYS BE REWARDS AND RETRIBUTION....(whether u believe in it or not.. or whether ur religion dictates that u shd believe in retribution or not)
